Landlords are legally responsible for the safety of their tenants. The law requires that you maintain all gas pipe work, flues and appliances so they are in a safe condition. It is your legal duty to ensure an annual gas safety inspection is carried out on each appliance and flue. You must also keep a record of each safety inspection and make sure your tenants are kept informed about their responsibilities whilst they are living in your property.

We take the annual CP12 Gas Safety Inspection and Certification very seriously indeed. Our annual safety inspections are carried out to the highest standard by our Gas Safe Registered engineers and we make sure that you have the certification in place to keep you on the right side of the law, and your tenants healthy and safe.

If required, we will liaise directly with the tenant on your behalf to arrange the annual inspection and if needed, we will quote for any required remedial work that must be undertaken to ensure you comply with the law.
