Local Boiler Company Give Back to the Haverhill Community This Christmas with Donations Drive

Local boiler company UK BoilerCare (UKBC) gives back to the Haverhill community this Christmas with a donation drive. The popular firm, located on Haverhill Road, has been serving the East of England with heating and boiler requirements since 2007 and has an excellent reputation for customer service, work quality, and efficiency. 

From the 9th of November through to the 9th December, UK BoilerCare will be asking the community and their customers to donate any long-life food, toiletries, cleaning products or Christmas gifts which will then be handed to the team at Reach Community Project who manage Haverhill Food Bank.  Not only that, for every item donated, UK BoilerCare will donate another!

There are two easy ways to get involved with this fantastic initiative:

1. If you have a boiler installation, service or repair coming up, simply hand your donations to your engineer 
2. You can also drop your donations into the UK BoilerCare office anytime between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. You’ll find them at UK Boilercare, Little Court, Haverhill Road, Little Wratting, CB9 7UD.

With the cost of utilities rapidly increasing and many still recovering from the effects of the pandemic, we wanted to get behind Reach Community Project and Haverhill Food Bank to ensure we can help those in need to have an enjoyable festive period. 

I, alongside the majority of the UK BoilerCare team, have been working in Haverhill since 2007, and over that time, we have seen the fantastic work that Reach has been doing to support those who depend upon the food bank locally. 

We are incredibly keen to ensure Haverhill Food Bank has more than enough supplies to see them through the Christmas period, so we’re reaching out to everybody to ask them to donate what they can this year, even if it’s just one can of beans, everything will be hugely appreciated. 

On the evening of the 9th December, the UK BoilerCare team will also be going Christmas shopping to ensure that every donation from our lovely customers is doubled up with Christmas-themed luxuries, from crackers to Christmas cake!”
