New boiler always a major upheaval, but installation was very professionally carried out by the team of Adam Oakley and assistant Ben Akers, neat and tidy and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Our boiler broke down on Christmas Day. Sean at UKBC responded on the 26th and had a new boiler installed by the end of the week (fitted by his son, Jake). This is an excellent family run company. The team is knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend UK Boiler Care enough, everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, professional, polite and knowledgeable.

From quoting to installation the entire process was 10 days. My boiler had stopped working afew days after getting the quote, and the team managed to fit us in at short notice.

On the day two nice lads turned up on time and cracked on with the job. No fuss, no problems, done in a day. Unbelievable workmanship and skill.

UK Boiler Care replaced a faulty boiler, which had never been very effective in heating all the radiators and warming the house. They re-placed the pump which had consistently failed, and re-configured the surrounding piping, along with other system improvements, and even removed one of the larger problem radiators and flushed it through individually. The system was thoroughly tested before they left, and as we have begun to use the system as the temperature has dropped, there is a very, very significant improvement in the warmth of the house, throughout.
The whole process from sales to installation was made very easy by the helpfulness and efficiency of all the company members that we dealt with.

UKBC promptly provided a fixed price quotation for boiler replacement where others did not. The wait for installation was short and the willingness to create a comprehensive solution to meet the customers needs at installation is to be commended. The initial survey was very brief. The fixed price quote was spot on my own estimate. The only downside was that we could not use the existing flue. This meant a major rearrangement of most of the back of my garage /workshop. (Moving workbench, swapping over freezers and new boiler locations). However, the installation work was carried out very efficiently and on time. The system was flushed and tested on Day 2 and has worked well ever since. We have not really used the heating system very much as yet, but we have ample hot water, and the boiler appears to be much more efficient than the previous one it replaced.On occasion when we have used the heating for a quick top up of heat, the radiators become warm very quickly and the room stat. soon stops calling for heat. It will be interesting to see how quickly this occurs in colder weather. I felt the clearing-up after installation and testing could have been a bit more thorough. (Cable tie-off cuts and brick dust in plenty of evidence) Some of this was revealed when putting the garage/workshop back together in its new arrangement. The new installation has also necessitated some resulting changes to the mains service wiring in the garage/workshop (mostly repositioning of service sockets) and shelving which is now complete.

The initial site survey was very thorough and all of our questions and concerns were addressed. A detailed quote was produced prior to the conclusion of the meeting. We arranged a date for installation which was kept and installation took 2.5 days, very tidily undertaken and our opinion/decision was sought at key steps along the way. Overall, very satisfied with the whole team that dealt with the process.

The visit for a quote was prompt, and the paperwork arrived very quickly. When I called to arrange a date to fit the new boiler it was made for the following week. The engineer arrived at the time I was told. He was polite, efficient and gave clear explanations. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company!

We were really pleased with the high level of service we received from UK Boiler Care. They assesed our old boiler first and tried several fixes before we decided to get a new boiler installed. The price, and speed at which they installed the new boiler were both great, the work was clean and the gas engineers were friendly and approachable. Our expectation based on the recent experiences of various tradesmen was not high. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. The engineer arrived dead on time, explained clearly what he was doing and worked quickly, talking only when necessary. The electrician who came later was similarly both pleasant and efficient, and the job was finished early. The paperwork and communication from the office were spot-on and trouble-free. Altogether an excellent experience.

UK Boilers installed a new Valiant Combi boiler, new column radiators and upgraded most of my pipe work.
The original system was ancient, unsafe, unreliable and a ‘mish-mash’ of whatever happened to be lying around, making the new installation a difficult and far from straightforward job and it was all done without moaning and in an efficient and professional manner. Jake, the electricians and all concerned did a great job and in the time estimated, they turned up when they said they would, which is more than can be said from some others! I would happily recommend this team for any of your heating/ plumbing issues.

I was nervous about the unexpected need to replace our gas boiler and called several suppliers. The courteous and professional service I received from Andrew and his colleagues was head and shoulders above any of their competitors. I bought our new boiler from UK Boiler Care and recommend them with confidence.

Shaun came very promptly and surveyed our heating system and deceased oil boiler. He quoted for a new boiler and gave us an installation date the following week. The team arrived promptly on the day, worked quickly and efficiently, and tidied up completely. Installation included a flush and check of the whole system. As far as I could tell the workmanship was to a high standard and we now have a new boiler which appears to be quieter, smaller and more efficient. The project was completed at the quoted cost. On seeking quotations they were the only company that agreed to move the boiler to the location I wanted it to be in, and their quote was competitive. I can't be positive enough about UKBC and the work they did. Right from the start they were honest, professional and a pleasure to work with. Sean visited and was really good coming up with creative suggestions and designs that were much better than anything anyone else had suggested. He left us with options and timescales for us to get other quotes.
No-one else came anywhere near to inspiring the level of confidence we had with UKBC and Sean, so we went with their installation. This was agreed with a very quick turn around, with Ben due to arrive a week later.
Again I can't be positive enough about Ben's work. He was great. Very personable, hard working and extremely thorough. He did a brilliant job getting everything set up and installed in the two days as agreed.

Excellent - Very trustworthy and I cannot fault them at all. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Fantastic service. Reported a fault in the morning and had a call back to arrange a visit within 45 minutes. Engineer attended a couple of hours later (stuck valve switch) and had it all up and running again.

Compare this with standard British Gas appointments which are 1-2 weeks in the future (if you're lucky).

EXCELLENT! Sean visited to inspect and quote. Very knowledgable and gave sound advice. NO hard selling - just the FIXED PRICE quote by e-mail.
A convenient installation date was arranged less than a week later when ADAM OAKLEY arrived on time. Installation completed in one day very efficiently, including the electricians arriving to make the appropriate safe connections Everything was left neat and tidy and all rubbish removed. Paperwork was explained and handed over. Well done Adam, particularly for the neat and tidy brickwork repair! Warranty was registered by UKboilercare and I received the papers the next day, together with the Building Regulation Certificate.
Overall I could not have been more pleased with the whole process and I cannot recommend Ukboilercare highly enough.

Dave, the engineer, turned up early and was extremely polite, professional and considerate to the current COVID-19 social distancing and safety guidelines. A little hick up with radiator temperature and slight loss of water pressure but running alright at the moment.

The engineer Ben who came to install the boiler done a superb job, in some difficult situations he over came the obstacles with flying colours.
He has a vast knowledge of his profession which he showed from the start to the finish.
He is very friendly, down to earth and very trustworthy person, he made sure all debris
were cleared at the end of the day and left the house nice and clean.
And finally, i will not hesitate to recommend Ukboilercare Ltd to anyone who is planning to have their Boiler replaced in the future, their prices are very reasonable too.

Needed boiler urgently, UK Boiler Care were able to supply and fit very quickly, they installed a new boiler and also an Accumulation Vessel which helped to increase our water flow. The engineers are very polite and professional, they worked very efficiently, taking away the old boiler was all organised even the electricians came at the exact time they were needed. There were a couple of teething issues mainly the Nest not syncing and a few of our radiators needed new valves, which was not down to them, however they came the next day and replaced them and also sorted the Nest. Overall very pleased with the service.

Very pleased with the boiler and the staff at boiler care but a little disappointed with the engineer who fitted it.

First class, Ben the fitter arrived on time, got straight on with the Instalation. Once the boiler was fitted all the radiators we’re checked and the system balanced. All the mess was cleaned and the surfaces swept before the fitter left he explained all the settings and timers. All in all a first rate job, thank you.

I did a lot of research before deciding which companies I had in to provide me a quote to replace my 20 year old boiler that had failed. After narrowing it down to three organisations I got on the phone to them all. UK Boiler Care were the first to respond (the other two were a large "top 5" company and an online organisation that had been recommended by a friend). I had a call from the office and Carrie was very helpful, aware that I was without heating a visit was organised the next day. The other two companies couldn't get anyone out for over a week.

Sean visited us the next day and was very knowledgeable, helpful and made some intelligent recommendations to ensure the right boiler was chosen to suit my home and its requirements (including making sure the new boiler would fit the existing pipe work to save the need for additional labour and time). The quote was drawn up and printed for me there and then and an estimate of timescales provided. As a matter of being conscientious, I called the other two companies again to advise them I had a formal quote but to no avail, their time scales had slipped even more.

I decided to go ahead with Sean and his team and I have to say, the service was impeccable, very thorough and fast. Carrie organised all the paperwork for me and advised that a cancellation had come up for the following day - so it was all organised. Ben turned up bang on time the next morning, I got him a cup of tea and he cracked on. No messing around, very friendly and completed the job the same day. Went through everything for me, made recommendations about how to manage the heating system better via pump settings etc too which will help efficiency for the future.

All cleared up, tidy and removed all the old system. An absolute pleasure to deal with and come highly recommended. A breath of fresh air from an industry that is known to have some quirks but I cannot compliment them enough and a big thanks to all the team at UK Boiler Care for a cost effective, prompt and professional service.

My boiler was condemned on October 4th and I contacted my local council to help me pay for a new one. They were very slow in acting on my needs and even though I have a Chronic Illness they did not agree the finance until 22nd December. UKBOILERCARE were on the phone to me almost daily from the time that the council had said they could do the work (almost a month previous to the actual date they agreed the work could be started) we had to wait until we received a letter of approval from the council before work could commence. I finally got my boiler fitted and working by Jake from UKBOILERCARE after arranging it all with Andrew before receiving the letter and emailing and calling the council upto four times a day in the three weeks leading up to Christmas.
I cannot thank UKBOILERCARE enough. It was/is the best Christmas present ever. I have heat and hot water. Amazing service from start to finish.
